Delivery Policy
We try our best to deliver your orders expediently yet we do not compromise on our product quality and for this reason, all of the products by FAZAH FASHION are sourced internationally. This allows us to offer high-quality products to our valued customers. Once you have placed the order you should receive a verification email.
In the current COVID_19 situation, the deliveries are taking longer than usual and our delivery time has been updated to 18-20 working days. We will continue improving the delivery times as the COVID_19 situation gets better. If an item is not delivered in 20 working days, the customers are requested to contact support@fazahfashion.com
Please note that the orders only ship on business days i.e. from Monday-Friday.
Avoid any delay in delivery process by providing your full address along with your contact details. Third Party courier companies will try to contact you via telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact, Courier Company will return the parcel to FAZAH FASHION and we will then try to contact you and arrange another delivery.

Payment Options
Free shipping is provided all across Pakistan if the order falls above Rs.5000. For any order below that price please note that the buyer is responsible for any tariff, tax, handling fees, customer clearance charges etc. The payment options available are:
Cash on Delivery (orders above Rs3000 must pay 25% of invoice amount & orders above Rs5000 must pay 50% of invoice amount; in advance)
Bank Deposit
Jazz Cash
Other options feasible to both the company and customer.
(Please note that all orders above Rs5000 will have to pay at least 50% of the amount in advance)
Exchange Policy
The products will only be exchanged if FAZAH FASHION have delivered wrong, defective or damaged item. The exchange request will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving the products.
In case the customer orders the wrong size, there would be 25% deduction in price for the exchange item. The customer would be liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address.
After 14 days from receiving the item, FAZAH FASHION holds the authority to reject any exchange claim if not met with the company’s policy.

Refund Policy
The products will only be refunded if FAZAH FASHION have delivered wrong, defective or damaged item. The refund request will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving the products.
The customer would be liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address and we will process the refund after receiving and inspecting the item.

Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order only before delivery is processed. Customer request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return item. In case of COD once a refund is confirmed we will initiate it either by issuing a voucher.
Sales Items - non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Clearance items will not be exchanged / refunded and cancelled unless we have failed to deliver the order as per customer requirement.
Prize voucher is the only form of payment that FAZAH FASHION can offer to its customer upon any issue.
Shipping
Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.General Notice

If you violate these Terms of Use, FAZAH FASHION may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Visa, Master Card and Cash on delivery in PKR will be accepted for payment. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. The company also reserves the rights to cancel any request from the customers without due notice. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. The company reserves the rights not to fulfill or entertain requests from the customers. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
